Definitely a must, they have to be very active, like check every day sort of person. Someone who is very committed to the board. Also, a sample RP of them interacting with customers might be nice as well.

Okay, I am going to make a Quidditch Pitch in just a bit. That will host Fanfiction, Fan-art, and Fan-Poetry Contests, as well as Games and other Events in that category.

I think that will be easier than putting them other places, that way they are all together.

So, the library can still be used to post Fanfiction and Poetry, but the Contests will have a Certain theme to them such as Songfics, Certain Pairings, etc...

Course not. That made me smile, I was just thinking about Slash stories a little while ago. More than likely, there will be one that I will just ask for Slash fics. I'm really rather fond of those...

Sorry about the double post, but can we add a members section that is only visible to members with stuff like announcements and headmistress stuff as well as an absences slot so that we know who won't be in for a while? because it pisses me off when people disappear for a good time without any warning whatsoever. it's fine when they tell us ahead of time or they let the whole board know that they may not be extremely active in the upcoming week or something. It'd also be good to put other stuff there as well. I'd also advise putting the profiles in the members only section so that there is a lower chance of plagiarism.

I can make it so that the accepted profiles can only be accessed by members, is that what you mean?

And Im working on fixing up the Calendar now. Im going to make it a requirment to post dates that you know you will be gone, vacations etc...

First of all the rumors board....I love it and I think it would be an AMAZING add on! Having a board in every common room that could be changed once a month (maybe at a faster pace depending on the requests) with rumors/notes written anonymously by students. The students could send their messages to the HM, unless it's too much mail and such. If it is I bet we could get people to run it! I'm excited…

I think we should look into more ways to advertise the site (myspace profile?), basically any site that is frequented by many.

I can create an account to have the requests sent to, its really no problem.

Although, adding one in each the common rooms might be difficult... Then only those in each house could see them, and so forth. I want one, maybe two different Rumor boards, maybe one IC and one OOC, that I can post in just one place that everyone has access to see them. If someone wanted to start a rumor in a common room, they could always just start a thread about it.
