Please post below if you have any ideas for new boards. I don't let other users create their own boards anymore, although you can create threads, because of a mistake I made that caused an entire site to whack out.

Also, if you are a teacher and need a new board in your classroom, please post below and tell me where you need it, what you need it to be called, and why you need it.

Please try and keep this board free from irrelevant chatter. Thank You!

Can we make a board for fan art? Not fan fiction, as that takes up a lot of room, but fan art. Like image manipulations, avatars, etc. Just media stuff. And we could have a thread for like banner requests and avatar requests.

The Fan art thing could definitely work.... we could make the board OOC, or we could try and fit it into hp... any ideas?


There is some kind of code that turns the Karma system(which is utterly retched to use) into a system so that every post gives you a certain amount of galleons... I want that. I was on another hp site a while back, and I PM the Deputy there that set it all up. I am STILL waiting on an answer. As for Gringotts, I was already thinking of adding one. I just decided it would be easier to wait until I got PMed back. However, it doesn't look promising.

Some people are incredibly rude, I'm not even kidding. Like that Sacred Snitch site, they claim they are "advanced RPG" and when they denied me a membership as my RP was not up to par, which I would mind, except for the fact that the the admin who denied me access couldn't spell therefore. What more can I say? Anyhow, that would be really cool...

Definitely make the fan art ooc with a harry potter theme, so that way we can have image manipulation contests, etc.

The Harry Potter theme is definite, but Im trying to think of a room or an area in teh hogwarts castle that woudl fit with the Fan art idea. I could put in the Mirror of Erised, but I don't see how that would fit.

could we create a whole new section dedicated to ooc? like with a section for fan art and ooc chatter, and a gossip one? that kind of stuff is always fun.

Oh boy, I'm so looking forward to the loverly gossip board! It'd be cool to make that IC, like a bulletin board, where you can post 'anonymous' stuff like "lily loves james" or "sirius is a muggle lover" that'd be awesome.

Actually, we could tie that board into another... we could maybe make a Rumor board in one of the bars...

oer... we could put one in a bar, and in a castle, like in the commons rooms too.... mwa-ha-ha....

so how are we going to do all this money thing? are we going to set up a gringotts board and register for accounts, or is it money per post? And, also, do the store owners get money? (that's not my reason for wanting a store, don't worry!)

For every post, I think it is set up to give you two galleons. As the site gets more popular, there will be fanfiction and fan art contests, and those will give you both Galleons and House Points. The Store owners and the teachers will both have a salary... probably awarded bi-weekly.

Gringotts will be a board on the site. You can register for loans, as well as a safe deposit box to put your items you don't want shown on your profile.

Right, so I thought of giving others the option to host their own shop on the High Street. Im working on an application now, and Im thinking of setting a limit on the applicants post count. I was thinking of making it at least 35-40 posts before you could apply, I want to make sure the members will be active. What do you think?
