James walks over to his desk and sits down. He moves around a few papers and then finding the one he was looking for, writes a few words and lies it back down on the desk. Then he picks up a book and begins to read, after reclining his chair back.

As coodenatiated as she is, Emmie Vance was walking past the stairs down to the Dungeons, and she turns her ankle. When she fell, she let go off all of her books and her Rememberall, and let it fall down the steps. The Rememberall hit Professor Natur's office door with a loud clunk.
" Accio books" she muttered as she tried to stand on her ankle, her books knocking her down.

James hears something hit his door and he walks over. He opens the door and finds a rememberal. Thinking that the small object had fallen, he accended the stairs. There he finds a girl on the floor under some books.
"Vance, isn't it? I believe this is yours." he says holding up the rememberall, "you should really be more careful." With a flick of his wand her books go soaring into a neat pile beside her.

Emmeline blushes, "Sorry Professor, but I am quite a klutz when I am on my own two feet. I think I sprained my ankle, but I can make it to the hospital wing okay. Thank you." And with that, Em gently propped herself up agaisnt the wall, levitated her books, pocketed her rememberall and limped away, Just then, her rememberal turned red.

James notices the rememberall turning red from the slight glow it produces through the girls pocket. "Forget something?" he asks looking at the girl.

"Yeah," she said, turning on her good ankle, "I was wondering if you had a, well, a hangover potion, in case anyone got like, hung over or some thing... Also, I was wondering if i could take Advanced Potions, because I want to see if I can keep up with the potion-making. From what i've heard, 5th year's potions are quite easy. But i must get to the Hospital Wing before my ankle starts to swell." She turned to walk away, but said over her shoulder, "Thank you!"

James watches as she goes. "If you come back sometime, we can discuss the possiblity of Advanced Potions, as well as the potion you were wondering about. Just next time be more careful, and try not to fall down the steps or something.... let's try a normal entrance." He goes down the steps and into his office. He sits down behind his desk and begins to read.
